About Scott
Scott Hilliard was born and raised in the Tilton-Northfield area, the fifth child of six born to Anita and Eldon Hilliard. He graduated from Winnisquam Regional High School and earned his degree in criminal justice. Scott and his family - wife Jensine (Nielsen) and their two children, Jason and Tyler - live in Northfield. Scott is an active sportsman and enjoys hiking, camping and the outdoors. Additionally, he is a member of several committees, including the Rotary and several fraternal organizations. Scott serves as the Executive Board President of the Central New Hampshire Special Operations unit, a law enforcement regional special operations team that involves 22 towns in New Hampshire. He also is the Emergency Management Director for the town of Northfield. Scott is owner of Lakes Region Safety and Security Consulting LLC, a registered company that consults on safety and security plans for companies, schools and businesses. In April of 2000, Scott was nominated United States Marshall for the district of New Hampshire by then U.S. Sen. Bob Smith. Scott has committed his life to serving the people and feels that "being called a public servant is an honor." |
